CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, done at high intensity. All portions are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. This is a 60 minute Olympic Weightlifting Class that focuses on improving technique and strength in the Clean and Jerk, and the Snatch. In this class you will be working on these lifts as well as incorporating strength and timing drills to improve overall Oly performance. All levels welcome.

This is a 90 minute class with 60+ minutes of programming. This class is designed to help improve overall athletic performance. Each workout could include a combination of rowing, running, biking and strength training. All levels welcome. Baseline cardio endurance recommend.
